I’ve been doing massage treatments for 11 years and the professional training I’ve completed includes:
- 2001
- Diploma in Swedish Massage and anatomy and physiology, awarded by International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC)
- 2004
- Diploma in Aromatherapy, awarded by ITEC
- 2008
- Diploma in Sports and Remedial Massage from the London School of Sports Massage, awarded by BTEC
I’m a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage and I hold the requisite insurance to practice.
If you have never had a massage before or you’re unsure if massage will help you then please get in touch to find out more – I’m pretty friendly and approachable! The three types of massage – Sport (deep tissue) massage, Swedish massage and Aromatherapy – means there’s something to suit you whether to target chronic tension, stretch tight muscles or to help you with relaxation and taking time out from a stressful life. I am honest and ethical so where I am not certain that massage is appropriate for you then I’ll advise you of that and why.
