Swedish Massage
This classical massage uses firm slow strokes which eases off muscle tension and assists mental relaxation. A popular choice for tackling neck & shoulder ache from hours spent at the office computer and anyone new to massage. Each massage is individually tailored to target problem areas with the aim of lowering the frequency and intensity of muscle aches and pains.
- 45 minutes – £30 for back, neck and shoulders.
- 1 hour – £35 to also include the legs or arms or face massage.
- 1¼ hour – £40 for full body.
